Emir Aktel 27 Kasım 2000 tarihinde İstanbul'da doğmuştur. Sanat ile ilk tanışması dans, tiyatro ve müzik ile olmuştur. 7 yaşındayken eve ait olan kasetli Mini DV kamera ile görüntüler çekip ''Emir Aktel Belgeselleri'' adı altında tasarımlar yaparak film yapımı ile tanışmıştır. 2016 yılında yurt içi ve yurt dışında ödüller kazanan ''Mellonlar'' ekibini kurmuştur. Mellonlar ekibi ile ''Blackmail'' ve ''Becoming Ordinary'' gibi festivallerde ses getiren filmlerin yönetmenliğini yapmıştır. 2019-2020 yılları arasında ''24 Creative'' prodüksiyon şirketinde reklam/etkinlik türlerinde ki işlerde yönetmenlik yapmıştır. 2020 yılından bu yana Kariyer Eğitim Kurumları adına seçkin defile ve moda etkinliklerinde prodüksiyon hizmeti vermektedir. Aynı zamanda Wires company şirketine prodüksiyon hizmeti verip, reklam ve tanıtım işlerinde de yönetmenliğe devam etmektedir. Aynı zamanda global ölçekte çalışan ''Independent Cinephiles Short Film Festival'' isimli film festivalinin kurucusudur

Emir Aktel was born on November 27, 2000 in Istanbul. His first encounter with art was with dance, theater and music. At the age of 7, he started recording footage with Mini DV camera that belonged to his parents, he called these tapes "Emir Aktel Documentaries". In 2016, he founded the "Mellonlar" team, which won awards at home and abroad. With the Mellonlar team, he directed films that took a lot of attention in festivals such as "Blackmail" and "Becoming Ordinary". Between 2019-2020, he worked as a director in advertising/event type projects at "24 Creative" production company. Since 2020, he has been providing production services for distinguished fashion shows and fashion events on behalf of Kariyer Eğitim Kurumları. At the same time, he provides production services to Wires company and continues to direct in advertising and promotion works. At the same time he is the founder of ''Independent Cinephiles Short Film Festival''.
